Meet the Ghana National Women’s Soccer Team

The Leadership of Rescue Sports Foundation visited the Women’s National Soccer Team at their resident in La-Palm Beach Hotel. The purpose of this visit was to share the Gospel with them and donate few items. It was led by Rev Osei Kofi, Rev Ed Arcton and Coach Ben, the Director of RSF. We were received by the Head Coach Bashir Hayford and other officials of the women’s national team during their Lunch time.

Words of encouragement from Rev Osei Kofi, Rev Arcton and Mr Baah to the team and officials were received in good faith. Prayers were said for the team and officials as they prepare for their National assignment ahead of them. Afterward, Sports Bible for Coaches were donated to the officials, also other items were added for the women’s team, it was received by women’s team Captain.

Afterward, we have special indoor meeting with the Coach and leadership to consider the inclusion of Sports Chaplaincy to the national team as a necessity to help mentor and provides spiritual guidance for the team players in their future career.
Our visit ended with deep assurance from the Coach Bashir to fellow up the discussion and contact from them soon.
