WHAT TO EXPECT

General Information

Be Strong in the Word

It has been said that faith begins where the will of God is known. So, how do you know what is the will of God? The answer is the word of God. God’s Word is his will.

This section of Strong in Faith is dedicated to the pure word. The scriptures are consolidated by topic. This way you can get a quick and concentrated dosage of the living word that is relevant to your particular situation.

You have to know the word to discern good from evil. Hosea 4:6 says that “my people perish for lack of knowledge”. If you want to be strong in faith than it is imperative that you be strong in the Word.

The “WORD” is powerful and life giving

Hebrews 4:12 states that “the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerned of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”

Overcome life’s obstacles through the knowledge of the word. Knowledge is power and the Word of God is the Power of God.

Let the Living Word in the Written Word impart Divine Life, Divine Wisdom and Knowledge of God inside you. And you will not be the same person anymore. Your Life will impart many and bless many, not impressing them or influencing anyone.

THE WORD OF GOD IS GOD’S LIFE, JESUS IS THE WORD OF GOD AND THE LIFE OF GOD.

We believe the WORD OF GOD, we preach the Word of God, we teach the Word of God and with gladness of  heart want to share this faith with you and your love ones. Come along with us NOW.

Faith Common Questions

“And the Word b became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and f truth. John testified about Him and cried out, saying, “This was He of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me has a higher rank than I, for He existed before me.’” For of His a fullness 1 we have all received, and grace upon grace. For a the Law was given through Moses; grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ.  No one has seen God at any time; the only begotten God who is in the bosom of the Father, d He has explained Him. (John 1:14-18)

“But what does it say? “THE WORD IS NEAR YOU, IN YOUR MOUTH AND IN YOUR HEART” — that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, that a if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation. For the Scripture says, “WHOEVER  BELIEVES IN HIM WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.” For a there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of c all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him; for “WHOEVER  WILL CALL ON THE NAME OF THE LORD WILL BE SAVED.” How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him a whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher? How will they preach unless they are sent? Just as it is written, “HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE THE FEET OF THOSE WHO BRING GOOD NEWS OF GOOD THINGS!” However, they a did not all heed the good news; for Isaiah says, “LORD, WHO HAS BELIEVED OUR REPORT?” So faith comes from a hearing, and hearing by b the word 1 of Christ. (Romans 10:8-17)

Should I be Baptized?

To be Baptism by immersion is an Act of Obedience and Public identification with the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord and savoir Jesus Christ.

You must be Baptize by water if Jesus Christ is your personal Lord and Savoir.

“And He said to them, “Go a into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.  “He a who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned. “These 1 signs will accompany those who have believed: a in My name they will cast out demons, they will b speak with new tongues;  they will a pick up serpents, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will b lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”  So then, when the Lord Jesus had a spoken to them, He b was received up into heaven and c sat down at the right hand of God. And they went out and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked with them, and confirmed the word by the 1 signs that followed.] (Mark 16:15-20)

What do I do when I Get There?

What is the sinner’s prayer?

The sinners prayer is a Christian term for a prayer that is said when someone wants to repent of their sin, ask God for forgiveness and state belief in the life, death, and saving resurrection of Jesus Christ. Romans 10:9-10 says that “if you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.  For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.”

Millions have come to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ through church services, friends, and family leading them in a salvation prayer.  However it is not words in a prayer that save. Jesus Christ alone has the power to save through faith. J.D Greerer explains it well – “It’s not the prayer that saves; it’s the repentance and faith behind the prayer that lays hold of salvation. My concern is that over-emphasizing the prayer has often (though unintentionally) obscured the primary instruments for laying hold of salvation: repentance and faith.”

The four examples below of the sinners prayer can help you communicate with God that you repent of your sin, accept His forgiveness, and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

The Sinner’s Prayer

Lord Jesus, for too long I’ve kept you out of my life. I know that I am a sinner and that I cannot save myself. No longer will I close the door when I hear you knocking. By faith I gratefully receive your gift of salvation. I am ready to trust you as my Lord and Savior. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for coming to earth. I believe you are the Son of God who died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead on the third day. Thank you for bearing my sins and giving me the gift of eternal life. I believe your words are true. Come into my heart, Lord Jesus, and be my Savior. Amen.

If you have prayed this prayer in sincere faith, you may want to put your initials by the prayer along with today’s date as a reminder that you have come to Christ in faith, trusting him as your Lord and Savior.

  • Our prayers may be awkward. Our attempts may be feeble. But since the power of prayer is in the one who hears it and not in the one who says it, our prayers do make a difference.
